Experienced Personal Trainer who recently moved to from NYC to Dallas to start my own Independent Training Business!

My approach blends the science of exercise with the art of coaching: precise form, steady progression, genuine connection, and building confidence and knowledge that lasts a lifetime.

My approach to training is to always meet my clients on their current level. Whether you’re building strength, improving body composition, or chasing new performance milestones, I’ll create a plan that’s smart, sustainable, and personal to you.

I began my training career in New York City after leaving a software development career to pursue my passion for fitness and helping others. Working in NYC gave me experience working with a diverse clientele and training environments.
